Alhaji Danjuma Ocholi holds Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Lagos. He is a qualified stockbroker, a fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration and member, International Who’s Who Historical Society of the American Biological Institute Inc. He has attended many specialist/on the job courses locally and abroad including those at the then Chase Manhattan Bank, USA, and Grindlays Bank, Bombay and India. Danjuma also has wide knowledge of the intricacies of public offers and private placements, investment analysis, privatization of parastatals, corporate financing, and accountancy.
He began his career with Lever Brothers Nigeria Plc (now Unilever Nigeria Plc) also he had worked in various places like Nestle Nigeria Plc, The Nigerian Stock Exchange, NAL Bank Plc, FSB International Bank Plc and NUB International where he was the Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer until December, 2005.
He was once the Chairman of the Board of Yankari Insurance Company Limited and currently serves as a Director of the company. He was also an alternate Director on the Board Express Discount House Limited. Alhaji Danjuma is the Vice-Chairman and founder of Midland Capital Markets Limited.
Alhaji Danjuma is currently the Chairman, Board of Directors of Kogi Savings & Loans Limited and presently the Executive Director, North First Inland Bank Plc.

Alhaji Abdul Fatai Sanni holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He has over 18 years experience that span across various accounting operations in Kano, Kwara and Kogi state government parastatals. He had worked in the following establishments viz: Kwara State Rural Electricity Board, Ilorin and Kwara State Utility Board Ilorin, Head, Accounts department Kano Electrification Board, Kogi State Utility Board, Office of Accountant General Kogi State.
He is presently a Director on the Board of Kogi Savings & Loans Limited and an affluence businessman.

He worked in United Bank of Africa Plc, audit staff of Oshagbemi & Co. Chartered Accountant and Manager, Lokongoma Community Bank. He is currently the Managing Director/CEO of Confluence Microfinance Bank, Lokoja.

He began his career with the Federal Capital Development Authority also worked in Jos International Breweries Ltd. as well as Pannel Kerr Forster. Mr. Ubolo has been engaged in national assignment and research viz: Chairman, Audit Panel that investigated municipal area council, Abuja’s accounting records with the view to ascertain the genuiness of outstanding liabilities and assessed contribution of DFFRI to the rural development efforts of Nigeria. Alhaji Shuaibu Yunusa holds a Bachelor Science in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University and Masters in Business Administration. He has over 21 years working experience in the banking industry. He has attended various training both International and local courses – Credit Management and Administration course in Nelspruit, South Africa, Senior Financial Analyst course, Lagos, Nigeria. He is a fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria, member, Royal Economic Society, London and member, Nigeria Institute of Management.
He is currently the Assistant General Manager (Loans Production Department), Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria.

Mr. Usman is a graduate of Accountancy and Banking and Finance from Lagos State Polytechnic and Olabisi Onabanjo University respectively and has masters in Business Administration from Ambros Ali University.
His professional qualifications include associate membership of Chartered Institute of Bankers(ACIB), Chartered Intitute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI), as well as Fellowship of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria(FCA). He has more than 23 years experience, this includes 6 years experience in the public sector, 12 years of commercial banking where he rose to the position of senior manager before leaving in 2004 to commence Audit Practice and Financial/Management Consultancy between 2004 and 2008 as the Managing Partner/Consultant.
Until his appointment as the Managing Director, Mr Usman was the bank's Head of Credit and Marketing.
