Mr Ahmed Usman is a graduate of Accountancy and Banking and Finance from Lagos State Polytechnic and Olabisi Onabanjo University respectively and has masters in Business Administration from Ambros Ali University.
His professional qualifications include associate membership of Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB), Chatered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI), as well as Fellowship of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA). He has more than 23 years working experience, this includes 6 years experience in the public sector, 12 years of commercial banking where he rose to the position of senior manager before leaving in 2004 to commence Audit Practice and Financial/Management Consultancy between 2004 and 2008 as the Managing Partner/Consultant.
Until his appointment as Managing Director, Mr Ahmed Usman was the bank's head of Credit and Marketing.

A graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University with Bachelors of Laws Degree. Seun was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1995. She is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of England, an Associate member of the Pension Institute of Nigeria, an Associate member of Nigeria Institute of Management and an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria.
She started her career over a decade ago and has been fully engaged both in corporate and legal practice. As part of her experience, she has attended a number of company secretarial courses and has a good knowledge of company secretarial practice. She is presently in charge of legal, human resources as well as Administrative affairs of the bank; she is a legal adviser of the bank.

He holds PGD from the University of Jos and Masters in Business Administration.
Mallam Musa as he is popularly called had over seventeen years of banking experience; an associate member of National Accountants of Nigerian (ANAN), he is presently the head of Public Sector and Government department of the bank.

She graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance. She also holds Masters Degree in Business Administration.
She had worked in several places, and had over eighteen years experience. Presently she is in charge of the Treasury Department of the bank.

Mr. Ayeni holds H.N.D (Accounting & Auditing) from Kwara State Polytechnic Ilorin. He also obtained his P.G.D and MBA in Financial Management and Finance from University of Uyo. He is an Associate member of Institute of Cost and Management Accountant and Nigerian Institute of Management and also a student membership of institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria.
He has over seven years of mortgage banking experience. Presently, he is in charge of Mortgage services of the bank.

Mr. Omale holds H.N.D in Estate Management from Kaduna Polytechnic. He has over twenty seven years experience and had worked in various departments in the Government sector before joining Kogi Savings & Loans Limited. He is presently in charge of Estate and Property services.
